Why did I only receive part of my order?

Some items ship separately from different warehouses depending on stock availability, so you might receive items in multiple packages with varying delivery times.

Do you offer free shipping if I spend a certain amount?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 USD. Simply add your favorite items to your cart, and if your total reaches $70 or more, the free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout. No code needed!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor the status and location of your package. If you have trouble accessing your tracking information, contact us at support@happily-styled.com.

Will I have to pay import fees?

Depending on your location, you may be responsible for import fees or duties. These fees vary by country, and we're unable to predict or control them. Please check your local regulations if your order is shipping internationally.

What if my order is delayed or missing?

First, confirm the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email and check if your package was left with a neighbor or at the post office. If you've done this and your order is still missing, contact us at support@happily-styled.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If your order ships to an incorrect address provided during checkout, we can only send a replacement at your expense. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because all items are custom-printed specifically for you, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes, such as size or color adjustments. Once the order goes into production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What size should I choose?

Size charts can be found on every product page alongside the product images. We recommend comparing our sizing to one of your favorite clothing items before ordering, as our sizing may vary from what you're accustomed to. If you're unsure, consider sizing up for the best fit.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or color discrepancies. Please carefully review the sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@happily-styled.com within 30 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number to ensure a quick resolution.

How do refunds work?

Eligible refunds for payments made via PayPal will be credited within 24 business hours. Refunds made to credit/debit cards typically take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

How should I care for my items?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary, and avoid fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry to extend the lifespan of your item. If needed, cool iron inside-out, but do not iron the decoration. Do not dry clean.
